Here you on, Printing to your hearts content and you decide to run to the store because everything looked like it was printing well. You get back from the store and find a spiraled mess of Filament and don't know what happened. This is where I come in.
I will help you to the best of my ability resolve issues with your 3d Printer and/or prints. I can communicate with you via Skype, messenger apps, etc to help you out.
What I need from you before I accept the job:
1. The Exact 3D Printer you are using, and any modifications you may have done to it.
2. Photos of the issue/print along with a detailed description including print settings used, what material you used, etc.
3. The software you are using, down to the exact build version of it.
4. An STL file of the model you are trying to print.
Training & Qualifications
I am a teacher who uses a 3D Printer most days out of the week. I have gone through plenty of trouble shooting with my Lulzbot and have resolved issues as they come up. I have experience using Cura, Matter control, and Makerbot software.
