IT Work - basics to advanced

I have a wide range of services available, all IT related. From the basic website setup and consultation to full system architecture. Operating System Administration (Linux), Security (consultation and hands on work - Firewalls, VLAN separation, how best to stay safe, etc), small/medium business work (really, why have full time IT when they only really do work part time anyway!).
Training & Qualifications
I have the basic certs, but I have been actively doing jobs full time as IT Security, Cloud Engineer (VMware, OpenStack, Proxmox VE). I'm not shy about researching and implementing new tech either (I'm looking at you Docker!) On top of all this.... why are there still physical firewalls? I've been implementing virtual firewalls (KVM based pfSense) since 2009, before it was cool.
Availability & Preferences
I do have a full time job, my wife and I are also working on standing up a farm. So I can't say I can work X amount of hours per day and stick to that day. It's more of a project based on timelines (I work through Agile processes and work off project management tools to stay on schedule). I fit in your work based on an agreed upon timeline.
