I am a professional Data Scientist who has successfully purchased and remodeled several homes in the Bellevue and Seattle area by finding good deals using my skillset and experience with contracting work, accounting, finance, and so on.

Ricardo taught me many things that I hadn't thought of. Here I am thinking I needed to learn about this, and that- with Data Science. In particular ...with areas of study, but he stopped me to center my equilibrium. To make sure that I focus my vision with my career trajectory in a more "realistic" approach, with real-world examples included. It was extremely helpful in trimming some of the fat with my inflated idealistic view of the path I "should" take- vs the realistic path that made sense with current trends and adoption rate of data science in corporations. So that said- I have a clearer idea of what I can pursue and the road to becoming a data scientist is much less jagged after having talked to Ricardo. Great guy and very good mentor. -Kalenshow more
