This 7-day meal plan is customized to your needs (allergies, low carb, gluten free etc). It includes a minimum of 15 recipes, a shopping list and easy to follow. I have a short questionnaire for you to fill out, therefore, I get an idea of exactly what you would want. I am a holistic nutritionist and have been in business for 4 years with plenty of experiencing creating meal plans for a variety of clients.
Training & Qualifications
I have a degree in Human Kinetics (aka Kinesiology) from UBC Okanagan.
Natural Nutrition Diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Continuing education with CAHN-Pro.
