Jogging partner- exercise motivator

I love to jog, but it wasn't always that way. It was actually terrible just thinking about possibly maybe going out for a jog. And if I beat the procrastination, my jog was more like a stroll followed by defeat and a shameful walk back home.
But I heard a tip that said "you only need to stay motivated, up until it becomes habit, then instinct and muscle memory will take care of it from there on". Now I LOVE jogging and it's really actually a relaxing experience. We can meet at a park, talk, get to know eachother and keep motivated while working out. Learning some healthy habits and having fun
