I am an organic market gardener and life-learning (unschooling/homeschooling) sole parent to 4 children between the ages of 17 and 2. I love foraging and working with herbal medicines. I have diverse interests, an active mind, and love learning. Birds (and other animals), Trees, and Plants are my favourite things, after children of course. I love music and colouring mandalas. I delve in to various spiritual pursuits, including chakra work, crystals, and earth-based worship. I'm reconnecting with my Metis/Mohawk ancestors and with Elders. I love dysopian books and movies, and most sci-fi. In the past I could talk for hours about natural birthing (unassisted/empowering birth), breastfeeding, diaper-free, and peaceful parenting ideas. I love talking about gender, societal rules, polyamoury, privilege. I seek to be more wild, more free, and to learn more survival skills.
