I will review the UX design for your website or app. Before I start reviewing, I will ask you several questions to understand your project. Questions like:
- Target audience
- How frequently you need them to use your app/website
- What's the average tech literacy level
- Under what circumstances will they use this app/website
- What areas you want me to pay special attention to
- likely some more
After getting a good understanding of your goals, I'll go through your project. I may need a test account, depending on your project. In the end I'll share my findings with you. This is most likely going to be a long conversation. I can also produce a document if you want.
Training & Qualifications
10 years in software development career. Learned about UX design from working in the industry and lots of reading on the topic. The first one I read was the "Design of Everyday Things" and the most recent one I read was "Don't make me think".
