Take your bike apart, clean it, and put it back together again looking and working as good, if not better, than new.
Includes everything in my Basic Tune Up, along with:
Remove, clean and re-grease all bearings, and check bearing races for wear.
True and dish wheels.
Remove, clean and re-grease (rebuild) derailleurs.
Remove, clean and re-grease all threaded fasteners (nuts, bolts, etc.)
Remove, clean, and re-grease bottom bracket and bottom bracket shell.
This service is the creme de la creme of maintenance. I only use the highest quality Teflon based lubricants, and will make sure your bike is running as well as, if not better, than new.
