I do this for a living, condo repairs. We often have a tight budget to begin with so I can usually work with what's already available. Anything from shingle repairs to re-caulking a leaky window. I guess virtually, I can also answer questions so you may do your own repairs
Weekends and afternoons
I got into woodworking halfway through highschool, and it opened the door for me to a co-op homebuild program. A group of us had the chance to frame a house and i had so much fun. So my teacher showed... me this college program called WIST (Women In Skilled Trades) which allowed me to touch on all sectors of trade. We learned electrical, plumbing, HRAC, welding, drywall/finish work, and we got exemption from level 1 carpentry upon completion. In 2014 I landed and job with a contracting company, mainly foundation repairs but we work for condo corporations so we so everything. I myself won't to cut electrical, one because I'm not qualified and two because nope! Haha. But I have knowledge of how homes work and how to fix problems, if you have a leak I can find the cause and most likely can fix it. Excluding full roof repairs and foundation cracks, but I work for a company that could probably give you a real quote. show more
