About Rachel Haase

My family and I are vegetarians( I can' give up cheeses or honey yet). I enjoy preparing and cooking plant based meals and knowing that what I choose to feed my family is sustainable and full of live... giving nutrients. While we don't eat white sugar, eggs, meat, gluten or processed foods I have found that there is no lack of delicious foods out there to be consumed. I have even found foods that I have never heard of to try through this path. I love sharing and learning of new foods and recipes. I love art, in most any form basically anything to manifest art.. I enjoy painting (murals, walls, custom canvas, cloth paintings) I tie-dye clothes, curtains, and basically anything that is white and needs a splash of color. I can crochet, knit and macramé. I have sewing skills with hand sewing, a sewing machine and serger machine. I can make most anything with and with out a pattern. I enjoy a challenge when making/sewing so I often just fill my extra time trying out new patterns and making patterns for new things I have imagined. I strongly believe that every one is a whoovian even if they don't know it yet! So spreading the word of Doctor Who, so more people can enjoy watching is a passion of mine. If you have watched you know what I am talking about. If you have not watched we should talk about it sometime and I hope you find the time to watch a episode or 20!
