My work ethic drives me to complete my tasks efficiently by using all available resources possible, this means bestowing my knowledge of skills onto others and encouraging them to succeed so we can ac...hieve our common goals. When I am mentoring someone, I aim to make them better than myself which sets high standards for both of us. Then, once I know my team's strengths and weaknesses, I can work with them individually to complement their skillset so that they come out confident. I have had a hand in digital art for many years, doing things like photo manipulation and digital painting, I have also leveraged my creative skills into more physical art forms such as leatherworking, which I have been performing along side master tradesmen in the local renaissance and craft faires where I manage scheduling and monitoring custom orders. Doing so requires patience and connection with colleagues as well as the patrons.
