Toilet installation on first floor

I will remove your old toilet and install a new traditional two piece toilet that you provide. This service is only for toilets on the first floor of your dwelling. There will be an added fee if the toilet that you want replaced is on your second floor or in your basement.
My installation methods are more secure and problem free than most handymen or even most plumbers will provide for you.
You must cover the cost of the toilet and any other parts or materials required to complete the installation.
Sometimes, when the old toilet is removed, the pipe that it is secured to is very old or damaged and extra work is needed before installing the new toilet. If there is any additional repair work or modifications required to install the new toilet there will be an additional fee.
