I have taught at over 100 students to learn to play the piano - whether classical, jazz, or pop. Lessons are always a balance of fun and hard work, spontaneity and consistent practice, communication and challenge. Skill levels range from the complete beginner all the way up through advanced classical music repertoire. I also facilitate workshops and recitals to enable my students to perform in front of others.
Training & Qualifications
I studied classical piano with 4 different high-caliber teachers for 6 years, and have taught at over 100 students to attain solid technique and proficiency. I also studied music performance in college. Skill levels I work with range from the complete beginner all the way up through advanced classical music repertoire.
