From big data ideas for entrepreneurs to why they can't stop using an app, I'm offering my expertise and knowledge to address aspects of behavior you find mysterious, or are important for you to quantify for business applications (e.g. customer psychology, social network analysis, preference elicitation ).
Training & Qualifications
I'm a professor of Psychology and Computer Science at the University of Minnesota specializing in Artificial Intelligence and modeling human behavior. I am also a consultant for two start-ups. I'm an expert at analyzing, measuring and modeling behavior, from decision making, preferences to reproductive behavior and curiosity. I've studied why you get bored with songs, why apps are addictively, why people prefer those who think like they do. I'm giving this a try because I'm both truly interested in the kinds of questions people have and I like the idea of a trade economy.
