I will answer any real estate questions you may have and point you in the right direction to find a reputable agent in your area through our referral network. I will help you to establish a good target price for your purchase or sale by telling you what questions to ask your agent. I can also provide advice on what you should look for when purchasing a home and some red flags that should be avoided for both owners who plan to live in the home and investors. I can also provide solid general advice on how to market a home for sale, including photography and staging advice for any budget.
Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed PA real estate agent and have made over $100,000 buying and selling 2 properties that I have lived in. I have worked with many clients on a wide variety of homes ranging from foreclosures and distressed properties to high end luxury home sales and purchases (and even some distressed luxury homes!).
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free to respond to these requests on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and sometimes on weekends but I can be flexible.
