Mens Mental Health & Well-Being Coa
I have developed a coaching approach to support men around their mental health and wellbeing.
Like a counselling relationship, I offer a space to unpack current, repeating, and emerging issues and concerns, working with you to find a useful understanding of them and how they are impacting your life. Together we can then consider how you might want to cope with them, or even consider some changes you can make to help lessen or eliminate the impact of them.
Initially this is offered as a 6 session approach, although this can be reviewed to extend the offer if needed or just wanted.
Sometimes people just need a good listening to, so they can hear themselves and find some answers. Sometimes people benefit from a bit of encouragement to take some steps and work out what they can commit to. I can help you do that in a way that respects who you are and how you are.
I offer a 3 session package. Initially this will include
* A "chemistry" session where we will explore the possibility of working together and whether we are a good fit
* 2 sessions, between 40 and 75 minutes in duration
Payment will be required after the Chemistry session
There after the package will consist of 3 sessions
Training & Qualifications
I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University
I am currently half way through my Masters in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes.
I have over 10 years of coaching experience.
