Step 1: You send me some written info about your Acronym needs, such as a description of the project (or whatever) and a list of adjectives or characteristics that are important to you in referring to it.
Step 2: We can have a 30-minute phone chat to discuss your project interactively. During this time we will brainstorm different ideas. Based on how you feel about the various possibilities, we'll refine the brainstorming to the "best choices."
Step 3: You decide what strikes you the best, and you will end up with an Acronym that will be the envy of all your peers!
