Negative experience! Paul was pleasant up until I expressed some frustrations in regards to the work I received. In my request, I asked for the help o...f an email marketing expert and explained my reasons for wanting one. Paul responded mentioning the software he used and stating that he was "a creative smooth talker." He returned to me software results that he admitted several times he was not impressed with himself and offered to generate more results using the same software.
When I questioned why he did not use his smooth talking skills but instead wanted to use the software again, he caught a bit of an attitude and canceled the deal. I do not think that my expectations or my frustrations were unreasonable nor was I impolite in my dealings with Paul. A professional and a humble person would have simply acknowledged the problem and gave it another try without the software.show more
