Troubleshooting Services include:
- Explaining how to use a simple function/shortcuts on your computer
- Remotely accessing and troubleshooting your computer (if you are comfortable with this)
Advice include:
- Help you decide between which machines to gets
- Help give advice for building a computer system or picking parts for a computer
Training & Qualifications
I work at the Technology Department at a bookstore, and we sell computers, devices, other tech. and also repair Apple Devices. For the PCs side of experience, I've been taking apart/building computers since I was in elementary school, because it's a hobby. I'm fairly comfortable with troubleshooting, but contact me about support, because there are still things that's out of my power to fix or troubleshoot.
