I am a self-learned fitness and health coach, dedicated to helping people achieve a healthy body and mind. I do most of my work through beachbody, an online fitness/health company that produces workout programs to help people see results. I am also a freelance sound designer, and hope to work for a major sound house such as Skywalker Sound. I love cats, TV shows, camping, sound design, music and chilling with friends.
