I specialize in weight training, more specifically strength training and body building. I can give you a quick routine for you to work on, train you personally at a gym or most importantly, teach you proper form so you don't hurt yourself.
Training & Qualifications
I've been lifting since I was a kid in High School starting off at 115 lbs to where I'm at now at 190 lbs. Don't get me wrong, I have some fat on me, but I know what I'm doing. I'm probably going to get a personal training certification soon.
Availability & Preferences
I would prefer weeknights. I do go to the gym usually very late from Friday night to Monday night. Also, I have a 24 Hour Fitness gym membership; if you don't have one you can always sign up for a guest pass.
