I will provide education and assistance with end-of-life discussions and planning. I am a notary and have multiple products that assist with these goals. I recommend anyone over 18 consider plan as accidents and,emergencies happen. If you were to get into an accident and be unable to speak for yourself, would your loved ones know what you want?
I can discuss Advance Care Planning, but also help caregivers prepare and work through the difficulties that are unique to them.
I recommend at least 2 meetings because you will need time to discuss the options presented with the people who matter to you most before making any decisions.
I can also help you decide what you may want done after you die. Funeral, cremation, donation...all of those decisions are best discussed in advance.
It is difficult, but it is so important. Do it for you, do it for your loved ones, and do it sooner rather than later!
Training & Qualifications
I have a BA in Psychology, end-of-life coach and end-of-life coach trainer, and hospice volunteer. I have been a care manager and familiar with Medicaid home based services. I can notarize documents.
