You let me know how you're feeling, what "projects" you're working with-- I will create a customized sequence for you to practice in an interactive session. You can choose virtual or in person. I also send you a write up (with drawings) of the sequence so you can practice at home.

I hold 500 hrs of study to yoga. Most
Recently studying with Brad Hay in an Ayurcedic Yoga Intensive in 2015. I am certified with yoga alliance 200RYT.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
