Talk about Depression
Do you suffer from depression? Lots of people do (myself included) and it can be difficult to talk about it. People tell you to just cheer up, or ask why you're tired all the time. I know how it is. If you do bring the subject up, people are just plain afraid to talk about it. It makes them uncomfortable, or they don't know how to empathize.
Well, I know how to empathize, and I want to talk to you about depression. Your depression, my depression, doesn't matter. We all need to talk about mental health in our society, and this is my way of contributing. Come and talk to me!

I am a lifelong sufferer of depression, a trained listener, and an empathetic soul. I deeply want to discuss mental health with anybody that will listen!
