From Robyn:
There is always, always, always, always something to be grateful for.
From Colleen:
I think I'll pick this one, though there are so many more ;)
All beings tremble before violence. All fear death, all love life. See yourself in others. Then whom can you hurt? What harm can you do? Buddha
From Spandan:
In the sweltering sun / though there may be great trees all around / for the shade of one leaf / ask not, plead not, beg never! / the path of fire, the path of fire, the path of fire!
- A very crude translation of a Hindi poem, "Agneepath"
From Therese:
Hi, I'm Therese. My favorite inspirational quote is "No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up and never give up" Sometimes we have to tell ourselves this when we're having a particularly bad day, week, month or life. Love the request, we all need the encouragement! Thanks.
From Xavier:
Hello Nick! I am Xavier from Portugal, nice to mee you!
This is far one of my favorite and powerfull story:
An Old Sioux Legend
In ancient times, the creator wanted to hide something from the humans until they were ready to see it. He gathered all the other creatures of creation to ask for their advice.
The eagle said 'Give it to me and I will take it to the highets mountain in all the land', but the creatior said 'No, one day they will conquer the mountain and find it.'
The salmon said 'Leave it with me and I will hide it at the very bottom of the ocean' but the Creator said 'No,for humans are explores at heart, and one day they will go there, too'.
The bufallo said 'I will take it and bury it in the very heart of the great plains' but the Creator said 'No, for one day even the skin of the earth will be ripped open and they will find it there'.
The creatures of creation were stumped, but then an old blind mole spoke up 'Why don't you put it inside them...tha's the very last place they'll look.'
The Creator said 'It is done.'
Really hope it inspires you! (I am feeling inspired writing this again :D)
Cheers my friend :D
From Emily:
Hi Nick,
My name is Emily. This is a fun request. Here is some inspiration for you:
"Absorb what is useful, Discard what is not, Add what is uniquely your own." - Bruce Lee
Kind Regards
From Theresa:
I love you inspirational idea. Here is my quote for you. "Alone we can do so little. Together, we can do so much." - Helen Keller
From Asia:
I really like your request - everyone can use some inspiration one way or another. My favorite piece of inspiration is a quote from Albert Einstein, when he said, "In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity."
It really resonates with me, and I hope that it inspires you when you're going through hard times.
From Thi:
I learned that people do not lie. They are either misinformed or they are dedicated to a particular mindset.
-C. Wainwright
,..one cannot predict how or when death will come; one can only work to make life meaningful in its own right.

The wise create proverbs for fools to learn, not to repeat.
-African Proverb
From Anna:
In nine hundred years of time and space and I've never met anybody who wasn't important.
-11th Doctor
From Casey:
I like your request and I think I can offer some inspiring words! Words I find to be an inspiration in my life:
"If things aren't going right, go left."
There's always another option, idea, or opportunity. Don't give up!
:)
From Samantha:
“When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.” -Helen Keller
From Jessica:
If you want to succeed in the world must make your own opportunities as you go on. The man who waits for some seventh wave to toss him on dry land will find that the seventh wave is a long time a coming. You can commit no greater folly than to sit by the roadside until some one comes along and invites you to ride with him to wealth or influence.
John B. Gough

From Micah:
'There is an old proverb, that I'm not sure the origin of, that says something to the sort of: "Nothing is softer than water, yet who can withstand the raging flood?" I think this can be applied in a number of ways for different situations. One of which being that you can be powerful, and cause a lot of change, without needing to be hard and unyielding.'
