You have an idea in your head, a photo that would be funnier with a few additions, carefully cut, resized, and pasted from another photo? You don't need to fool the NSA, but maybe just leave your friends wondering when you destroyed Tokyo -- I can do that for you. Base price, you supply the photos, I'll send you the end product. Research and revisions are a little extra, but if it's fun for me, probably not much more.
