I can take you to the next level in cooking. Starting at basic knife skills and building up through roasting, sauteeing, grilling, and lots of other techniques. Inquire about specifics if you aren't sure I know what you need to.
Training & Qualifications
I'm Serve Safe certified and have been cooking for 5 years. Places I have cooked include: Walk On's (Lafayette, LA), Bon Temps Grill (Lafayette, LA), St. Philip (Austin, TX), Uchi (Austin, TX)
Availability & Preferences
I am available during the week in the late afternoon.
