I will teach you basic and intermediate techniques with your digital camera, be it video or still shot. Things I will go over:
How to manually white balance
How to change shutter speeds/ISO/f-stop
How to properly frame subjects
How to properly light your subjects
How to manipulate your depth of field
How to shoot in low light settings without using a flash
And a whole slew of other shenanigans that are scenario-specific.
Training & Qualifications
I have an associates degree in film and video production from the prestigious Oklahoma City Community College's film and video program. This program is run by Gregg Mellot, who has such superstars as Grey Frederickson (producer of The Godfather series) and others teaching under him. This department has produced such movies as The Killer Inside me starring Jessica Alba and more.
This programs honestly deserves more than an associates level of degree, but it is what it is. I have worked on many film sets and used many different video cameras and digital ASLR's. I'm also RED certified.
Availability & Preferences
Fridays all day, Saturdays after 11am cst, Sundays after 8:30pm cst, Mondays-Thursdays before noon or after 9:30pm cst.
