Several gyms offer packages that allow you to bring along a friend (same friend, multiple times). If you have opted for one of these packages and your friends aren't making the time to join you, I'd be happy to!
I'll go to the gym with you and we'll do all the things you want to do (at the gym), and I'm a great motivator too. Working out as a tag team is often more fun AND more productive. If you like to work out with music in your ears, that's cool too...but why not get to know each other?
I'm able to meet you within a 15 mile radius from ma house in Doral. Even if you want to work out outdoors, that's cool too. I'm a terrible runner, so I jog instead when I'm asked to. :)
Training & Qualifications
I'm a friendly person and I hate working out just as much as everyone else. I'm not a trainer and I'm not an expert at anything that has to do with fitness, diet, or healthy lifestyles.

Availability & Preferences
Tuesdays from 2 pm to 7 pm
Wednesdays from 8 am to NOON
Thursdays from 4 pm to 7 pm
Saturdays and Sundays are a crap shoot, but give me a holla and I'll let you know. Definitely, never at night on the weekends past 4 pm.
