I have fairly extensive knowledge of windows 7, 8, 10, and even Vista if you still have it. Also used to be a tech support specialist (not just a call center employee) for samsung, so I can solve most issue and at the very least get you good info before you have to deal with the support lines

Training & Qualifications


Samsung support 8 months, promoted to technical support specialist (ie I broke phones to know how to fix them)
Years of windows use and several broken computers later
