PTSD is a very tough illness to handle. It feels like it grabs the wheel of your life from you. I am not a professional, but I have PTSD from several different things in my past. I've been there, and if you need someone who has been there, you can ask for advice or vent to me. Sometimes a listening ear can help.
This can be done over phone, text, email, or skype. I try to limit these to twenty minutes.
Training & Qualifications
I have PTSD, and have been through CBT and am researching DBT at the moment, so I have experience in what works and doesn't work for me. I am good at listening, and don't judge for what you've been through.
Availability & Preferences
Most times, but since the topic is heavy, I may postpone it a day or two.
