I am a unique individual with a passion for everything Food that begun as child growing up on a small farm in Hanover Virginia. I left the farm to travel and work in restaurants across the country for some of the most wonderful and creative Chef's who taught me how to fine tune my knowledge of growing and raising food into an even more creative outlet of preparing the ingredients. While living in New Orleans I attended the Culinary Institute for even more fine tuning. After leaving Louisiana I returned to Virginia and started a small boutique catering company in 2006 that specialized in Farm to table Wine dinners, art gallery events, tailgates, and private functions. I closed the company in 2014 to travel the country in search of more knowledge on my quest to learn everything I possibly can about the food culture, the regions and the people who prepare the locally sourced items. I am currently considering bringing my expertise to Richmond Virginia and hope to find something fitting of my talent, expertise in sustainable local products and quirky optimistic personality.
