I am here to be a non-judgmental Mentor to assist anyone with the long process of surgery preparation and starting out on your journey.
Training & Qualifications
I am 1 year post op from having gastric sleeve surgery. I would like to help anyone going through a similar journey that needs a non- judgemental ear to listen and assist with any questions. I also can provide some great recipes that have helped me get through my first year.
