While it is difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of my advice, it is not difficult to see that I am a credible and trusted person by some of the brightest, most critical people in the state of WA.
I have had the honor to moderate in 2020 3 judicial debates, 2 with the highest court in Washington state, the Washington Supreme Court. While the substance of those debates are on the other side of the EQ spectrum, they speak of my credibility, and stand up to the harshest of intellectual critics.
Relationship is a soft science, therefore, difficult to evaluate. But if I can withstand the scrutiny of the most difficult and logical minds around who watched the debates, that should speak to the level of humility I’d assume to deal with people in a soft science.
