I will provide Human Resources consulting services to businesses that don't have an HR presence that includes advise on how to be compliant with work authorizations, payroll, benefit administration, recruiting, and employee relations. I can also provide guidance on how to implement HR related policies, processes, and performance management tools; very knowledgeable about FMLA, ADA, ADAA, Military leave, etc. Lastly, I am able to offer recommendations on how to properly handle employee related issues.
Training & Qualifications
I have a bachelor's degree in Business, SHRM-CP certified, and have worked in the Human Resources field for over 8 years in the healthcare, government, and technology industry with 20 years of related work experience. I am an active volunteer and member of SHRM Atlanta and the national SHRM organization currently working in a director role for a software company.
Availability & Preferences
Depending on the need, I can be available via phone or email during the day Eastern Standard Time, and on evenings and some weekends.
