I would like to cultivate the skill of facilitating spaces for people I care about to share safely and vulnerably with one another. I am looking for someone with facilitation experience to teach me techniques to do this, exercises & resources I can use, as well as general guidance and advice (ex: how to read the dynamics, when to intervene and when to hold back).

I have some experience co-facilitating groups in a substance misuse program. I find the work very fulfilling, and would love to have more ease and facility with bringing these skills into my relationships, and also leading connecting workshops and exercises in a more structured way among friends and friend-groups.
