I am passionate about play, movement, dance, and experiencing the human-ness within us all, and how we can move beyond our constraints and limitations of our own mind. I help people to get to the heart of their issues and guide them to find integrative solutions that bring balance and alignment to their mind, body and spirit.
I have a background in intuitive healing, movement, thai yoga massage, reiki, EFT, NLP and self inquiry and use my gifts to find the best way to compassionately work with my clients.
