Clean, prepare, and preserve your garden or farm stand haul. Canning, jam, pickling, sauces, frozen, dried, whatever. You tell me what you have and we can talk about options.
Small-scale kitchen operation. I love doing this stuff and would be happy to do it for you!
Training & Qualifications
I grew up running around my grandparents' orchard and gardens, always helping with making tomato sauce, dried apple rings, and other tasties. I've developed my skills as a hobby, but can only gift and eat so much myself!
