30-Minute Mediation

Trained in conflict resolution, I offer a 30 minute session to help find ways forward in interpersonal or professional conflicts. This might not be enough time to "resolve" your conflict, but should be significant progress. I focus on drawing out values and opening up situations to not be "zero-sum". Conditions: all people must be willing to participate, all information remains confidential, and I will remain a neutral, but empowering third party. Any particular agreement may not be legally binding; this is intended for a "positive way forward".
Training & Qualifications
I have a master's degree from the University of Oregon in Conflict and Dispute Resolution. I trained for 1 year as an internal ombudsman with a youth sports organization.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free in the mornings and evenings.
