From 2006 through 2009, Milena worked at Advance Internet Technologies, LLC/Nola.com as Bureau Chief/Content & Community Strategist where she used convergence media to attain a 40% spike in viewership and massive reader/viewer engagement. From 1996-2005 Milena worked with Redwood Communications, LLC as Executive Vice President, where she negotiated multiple raises of capital for the company and its successor-in-interest and funded and executive produced several motion pictures, a handful of which continue to air on Home Box Office. Prior to Redwood Communications, Milena held a similar position with Omega Entertainment, as its Vice President, Global Distribution.
