Guided Forest Bathing Session
25
I will lead a guided forest bathing session, also known as Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Therapy, for up to 6 people.
A session is often between 2-3 hours. During that time I will lead participants in an evolving series of invitations/activities designed to help you slow down, become mindful, and open your senses to the forest.
The benefits of forest therapy are numerous.
- Stress reduction
- Immune system boost
- Mood regulation
- Deeper connection with the natural world
My service area is the greater Seattle area.
