I can teach you to cook. I Like to cook a lot of Indian and Eastern dishes, as well as Keto and Paleo meals. I specialize in cooking meals that are cooked in a way that makes it as healthy as possible, based on scientific studies. Everything from the food and ingredients that are included to the way that it is cooked (i.e.baked at 320 degrees as opposed to350 so that no nutrients are lost to heat). I can teach you to cook whatever you like, but that is my specialty,and I definitely recommend trying it out. You willbe convinced after 2 weeks just by how amazing you feel and how much energy you have and how much fat you start to lose, without even working out. But, like I said, whatever you want to learn to cook, I can teach you. A simple steak and vegetables dinner. Or chicken and potatoes, pasta, WHATEVER! :)
Training & Qualifications
I have been cooking for 10 years now. I have worked in several upscale restaurants in New York City, Hawaii, and San Francisco. I have also experimented and cooked a lot on my own and I have worked for a few retreats around the world.
