This service includes a diagnosis and hopefully recovery from a virus or malware program running on your Laptop or PC. Most of the viruses and malware out there can be cleaned easily and safe through conventional methods. I do want to warn that it does not provide assistance through RANSOMWARE and I recommend that if you do have RANSOMWARE you should direct message me for immediate assistance.

Viruses and Malware happens. Don't be too concerned but be aware how these programs entered your system and remember how to avoid them!

I will virtually** or you can drop off/ship your laptop to my office. Usual turn around date is about 2-3 days (I have a rotating schedule because of my classes throughout the year).

How it works:

Make an appointment with me!
Let's get together and have a window of time where I can work on your device.
You will have to fill out, sign and date a release form stating scope of work performed (I don't cover other tries or fixes before
the device reaches my hands** even virtually**)

Time-window
After we schedule an appointment we will have a guaranteed window of time (usually 2-3 hours) where I need someone present but not active unless asked (i.e. Computer needs to update or restart and connect to me).

Finished!
After everything is completed I normally offer a discount on Malwarebytes! The anti-malware program trusted by thousands. I am a licensed seller for Malwarebytes.

Honestly, this takes a little more work since I have to schedule when your device will arrive and if I am able to ship next day (school interferes) THOUGH I will give it my best just like anything I pick up.
