I have been taught how to cook sense I was young. I was raised on a houseboat in Louisiana. You give me meat and I will find a way to make it taste amazing and fill you up.
I would love to help anyone who want to come up with their own recipes or put a twist on ones they have to amaze their friends.
I would happily share a few of my recipes who have made my friends children call and ask when I'm coming over to cook again! Haha
I love spices. First things to know there is a difference between heat and spice the difference is flavor!

20+ years of grilling, stewing, smoking, roasting and frying anything you name it!
