I can cook anything. Whether it's a private party, a romantic date, a meal that you can't afford the time or money to cook yourself. I worked in fine dining for two years, I was a private chef for a year, and I currently run a restaurant. Whatever food you require or desire, I guarantee you I can make it tasty. I can cook it in my kitchen or yours, the choice is up to you. However I don't own a car and I live in Capitol Hill, so take that into consideration. :)

A sous chef at McCaw hall,
A culinary school graduate,
A cook with 7 years experience, breakfast lunch and dinner,
Experienced with many cuisines,
Executed 15 course tastings for two or two hundred.
Availability & Preferences
Depends on the week. Some weeks I'm fully booked at McCaw, some weeks I'm totally free. Contact me for more, I'm more flexible than expected for a chef.
