This is the framewok or plan, I can deviate as needed to help you get the most out of the class. Questions are encouraged, zero previous experience required.
Disclaimer, One class will not make you a badass, a fighter or a self defense expert. You will walk away with an understanding of how to defend yourself with a specific technique for a specific type of attack. The more tools you have the better prepared you are to potentially deal with an attack and get home safe , like all things it requires practice and development of muscle memory.

My name is Michael Boman and I am certified by the krav maga alliance as a level one Krav Maga instructor.
Currently I am an instructor at Kirkland Krav Maga.
