I promise that in the time frame of one morning, I can find issues with most Windows PCs, organize a plan to make it run faster, and teach you necessary skills to keep your computer running faster for it's life time. If it needs a part, I'll tell you what it is and where to buy it and come back when it's there to install it. Desktops or laptops, diesn't matter. I prefer doing this work in person so I can actually show the person the process, but I can accept over the phone tune ups if you can follow directions.
