I provide consulting for cnc swiss machines and the programs that run on them (editing, writing programs, machine prototype parts, teaching machining concepts, machine shop tooling use, etc.) I also handle civilian sedan mechanical issues, and have access to tuning software and tuners for ecu's that fit certain models. In machine type environments I am able to program at the controls of the machine and able to provide real-time process control and pilot running of prototypes to ensure high quality and revision control. With the mechanical side of things I am able to diagnose and repair mechanical and some electrical work on civilian sedans and suvs. Tuning is a longer process however and would take much more time with consultation and deciding on proper function of the tune to be used for said automobile.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Swiss cnc programmer/machinist, with 7 years of machine shop and machining experience with my group of tight knit machinists and mechanics as backup for any information needed that may not be on hand at time of consult.
Availability & Preferences
I accept calls/email all times of day or night, and I am available during the day anytime for consulting or helping with whatever the issue is.
