Worked with over 300 students in a health coaching program to guide them to be successful health coaches and support enhancing confidence and need to overcome obstacles.
Co-owner/Co-founder of Source Yoga studios in Tacoma and University Place, WA. Sold 50% interest of the business in 2015.
I am a skilled yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and student of yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Created and cultivated a strong community of yoga students and teachers and built a strong following and reputation in the South Sound of Washington through marketing strategies including social media, in person events, and community outreach.
