Give me a picture of diaper cake and I will recreate it as close as possible. (Not sure how Simbi works yet, and diapers cakes can get expensive. Therefore this may conditionally be an offer of Simbi credit/trade in exchange for my creativity skills, time, work, and effort all within a budget you set.
